QUICK FACTS FOR RV RENTAL
Rental time
You may rent our RVs for as long as you like. However, there is a 3 day minimum rental time. Please give us at least 7 business days to book your rental
Age and License
All renters must be 25 years or older. A valid Driver’s License from all intended drivers is required at the time of departure. However, you do not need a special drivers license to drive an RV in Oregon.
Cost per mile
For motorized, 100 free miles per day and .50 cents a mile after that. (Blocks of 100 miles can be purchased as well for $29.00.)
Travel Restrictions
Traveling to Canada and Mexico is prohibited. However anywhere in the United States is allowed.
Reservations and Deposits
The securtiy deposit is required during time of reservation. The actual cost of the rental will need to be paid the day of departure. Payment can be made by cash or credit card. We do not accept checks.
A $1,000 refundable security/damage deposit is required to reserve an RV and will need to be paid for via credit card. This deposit also acts as a security/damage deposit throughout your rental.
Deposits are typically refunded within 24 hours, however it can take up to 7 days for the return, to the card originally charged.
Cancellation
We require a 14-day cancellation notice for 100% deposit reimbursement. If cancellation is under the 14-day period, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

Delivery of your rental is an additional fee. Please work with our rental staff during the reservation process to arrange your RV rental delivery.

Pick up and Drop off
Pick up and drop off time is set up by appointment only. Drop tiime is between the hours of 9am - 11:30am and pickup is 1pm - 3:30pm. Please allot at least 30 minutes for pick up to review the RV.
All rentals must be checked out and checked in by appointment only, cleaned, and with a full tank of gas for our motorhomes, to 7700 Hwy 99N, Roseburg, Oregon 97470.
Failure to return your rental in this condition will result in additional fees.
Insurance
You must show proof your insurance can cover RVs. Insurance companies will often extend personal plans for Rvs. If your auto insurance provider approves your request, Kamper Korner RV Rentals will provide you with the remaining RV information upon confirmation of your rental.

Towing
Our insurance does not currently allow towing of any kind.
Pets
There is a $100 non-refundable pet sanitation cleaning fee. We request that pet odors and/or stains are removed prior to returning your rental.
If evidence is found that a pet was on the inside of a rental without a pet fee applied, it will be deducted from your deposit.
Smoking
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in any of n our rentals; smoking is strictly prohibited
